Who I work With
As it suggests this course is for the more experienced. I would suggest that you should only opt for this option if you have been training regularly for 3-4 x a week, this is a natural progression from the intermediate to the experienced this is very intensive indeed 2 weeks of training and two sessions per day for the 2 weeks you get one day a week off for recovery.
Slightly different diet here again as your requirements have altered due to the intensity of the session . This is a 50/50 split of indoor and outdoor gym training . But this might alter depending on the requirements of the individual athlete.
