Loo Sinclair

I started to have something to do with Equestrian Vaulting through being asked to train Louise Sinclair. Louise is in the Scottish and GB team and is a very dedicated athelete.

Vaulters have to be very well conditioned with a high power to weight ratio but they are unable to do this by building up bulky muscle.

They have to be extremely flexible and fit with a very low body fat %

Over the last 6 months whilst training Louise we have been working on elite athelete training and helping her to break down the movements she will do on the horse and this allows us to build up each muscle group that is going to be under the most amount of pressure.

Louise has just come back from the European Championships where she is one of the youngest juniors to be competing in the Junior part of the tournament, the competition is run over 3 days and it is like a knock out where they only take the best through to each day. Louise managed to make it through to the final day of the tournament and got an amazing 13th place. The winner was a German competitor that is 18 this makes her 3 years older than Louises so things look good for Louise to do well and if training continues the way it has been. You never know she might make it all the way to the top and become European Champion.

So fingers crossed and good luck to her.

Any one interested in possibly taking up the sport should send me an e-mail or give me a call and i will give them all the information i can.

Any one interested in possibly sponsoring Louise should send me an e-mail and i will give them all the relevent information.
