I strongly believe that too many Personal Trainers out there are charging to much money for the services that they are offer.
This is why I chose to open my own private gym, I use this for training my clients only, this helps to keep my costs down as I don’t have to pay a membership costs or a percentage of the clients fees to a gym.
I am also able to offer a truly one on one training experience something that is very hard to get in a busy crowded flashy gym!
Every client gets a new starter pack , this has all the paperwork i need to get filled in and it also coveres diet , after you have filled in a blank diet sheet i will make up a diet plan for you to follow if you follow, this is included with in the cost of your Personal training cost and allows me to get you focused, My diets are not horrid tasteless recipies , infact its not really a diet, its a healthy living plan based around your training requirements, weather thats weight loss , competition diet or bulking up muscle, the diet is specific to your requirements, Again the extra little bit that we like to provide our clients.
