£30.00 includes a gym workout* and the making of your planThese are made up to suit your specific requirements, whether you require sports specific diet or you are looking to lose weight, these plans can be made to suit your specific life style and around any dietary requirements that you may have.
£10.00 for a 2 week planThis is a combination of the diet plan and the Fitness Program, this is the fastest way to achieve your goals as we are targeting weight loss from two different angles the first being diet and the second is by targeting your fitness level. For sports specific training this will allow you to condition your fitness level to the highest possible level, this is an excellent way to peak your body at the best possible time for a match, tournament or a race.
