Its a good question to ask considering the other Personal Trainers out their, if we look at costings , the average Personal Trainer is £35 - £45 Per hour at MP Fitness we charge £30 for the first hour a week then & £20 Per hour their after, we also do discounts on block buying so if you buy 10 sessions you'r getting 1 free brings the hourly price to £22.70 Per session almost half of the price of some PT's.
Correct , Price isn't everything. But it can be a factor to consider, more expensive doesnt mean better .
